Show, Snow and Goldfish Woes

Hey all!
We've received great feedback from our first web show! We've also received a ton of great ideas for future episodes and even some volunteers for guests, including a dad (that's you Sarge) who will help provide the male perspective on parenting issues...
Hoping to have another show up this week so keep checking back.

So I'm officially sick of winter here in New England. For those of you reading in sunnier parts, we really don't like you right now. Although, I did get some skiing in yesterday with the girls, despite a nasty cold. I've never been able to figure out how we can perform quadruple bi-pass heart surgery and not have a clue how to lick a cough and soar throat. Doesn't it seem odd?

School vacation is underway, aren't we all excited beyond belief? Since I'm not hopping a jet to the Caribbean you can definitely count me as a no. I'm just being honest here.

Well, I guess I have to take a quick trip to Dunkin' Donuts for some munchkins to make my youngest daughter feel better about losing her favorite goldfish, Crystal, today. RIP Crystal, you were a good fish.

Just got back from a doctor's office visit - arrived one hour too early for sick call (who knew President's Day counted as one of the most important holidays for doctors to take off??) - only then to sit in the waiting area for 1 hour before being seen!!! How funny, though, that there was a looooong line of parents lined up outside before office opened with sick children in their arms - aren't they going to the doctor's b/c their child is sick? How about not standing outside in below freezing weather for an hour, just to ensure you are first in line??? ugh!!!

    And dear other anonymous,
I've never been early for anything but I hear ya, waiting for a doc's visit with a sick kid is torture.
