I've got 7 treatments down and 26 to go. It really hasn't been bad at all. I'm bonding with the technicians and any of the other patients that will engage me in conversation. Some probably see me as a nuisance since I make it a point to walk in smiling these days. Being a grouch doesn't change things so why not make the best of it. It's my new motto "Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass; it's about learning how to dance in the rain." Bring it on...Anyway, going out for Thai food with some friends tonight while the girls are in play practice. Could use some adult fun time, you know, what I refer to as the Adult Play Date or APD. It involves vats of wine and a lot of cursing. Okay, I'm kidding about the cursing part.
Looking forward to a sunny day tomorrow. I can't believe Easter is next weekend. Of course, I haven't planned a thing. Oh well, it'll come together some how. On a side note, I'm oh so happy that Megan got voted off Idol this week - I couldn't stand that smug attitude of hers.
Okay, that's all for now. I think it's WINE TIME...who's with me?????
