Sniffle, Sniffle...Crap!

I know it's coming...my youngest daughter, a.k.a. germ magnet, has brought a nasty cold into the house just 2 weeks into school. I am always the lucky one in the family who will not only get the virus but be fortunate enough to have it grow into a sinus infection, bronchitis or both. Fun times!

My husband, who doesn't eat nary a fruit or vegetable, never gets "the cold," which I think is unfair. Why should I have all the fun?

I am off to Parent Night at our school - is any one else out there exhausted? I'm wondering if it's the weather changing or just me not sleeping for more than 4 hours at a stretch.

Anyhoo, I have a column due today that I have not finished. Looks like tonight won't be the night for catching up.
