I Get To Take the Day Off!!

Those of you who read my blog and leave comments are so entertaining that I decided to take the day off and publish some of your hilarious remarks here. A brilliant suggestion by one reader is to have a "parent of the day" award. Well, this parent wins for the day. I almost wet my pants when I read this because, let's be honest, haven't we all been there before??

How about a "parent of the day" award - or as I like to call it, "reason today my children will be in therapy when adults" award.....can think of many occasions where I could be the winner.....like the other day in my frantic, hairpulling, frustration to get the kids to school on time (for once) I screamed, "j*susf*ckingchrist get in the car" - only to look up and see a group of small children standing by the barn waiting for their horse lesson......pin an award on me!!!
