I love the Golden Globes...but without my man John Travolta? It's all so tragic. Of course I will still be watching, with a big old glass of wine and my best tiara on, but I will miss him dearly. How was everyone's weekend? The girls went skiing yesterday with their school program. Today, hubby and I went to Lowe's and bought new pendant lights to put over our breakfast bar. He is (trying) to install them now, we are attempting to give our kitchen some modern accents so it 'pops' a bit more - can you tell we've been watching too much HGTV?
Okay, I'll leave you with this funny video (Thanks Corinne!)...Tom and I found it hilarious because we both used to work in the cable TV industry. More tomorrow!
oh my god - too freakin' funny!!! love how she asks if the computer screen is her new tv!!! thanks for sharing!!! unfortunately I see me in this video - imagine if now, at my age, I can't even figure how to change my ringtones on my cell phone - what will I be like at 80 when they have all these new and improved gadgets?? I'll still be trying to find where to change the batteries on the remote......
