Hope you all enjoyed this gorgeous day here in the Northeast. I was tempted to break out the shorts and flip flops but it's probably just a tad premature at this point. I have a serious case of Spring Fever though. Really looking forward to some outdoor living...and soon. We just bought a new Weber grill so the grillmaster will be having some fun (that's Tom). Now I just need some new cushions for the patio set. Having trouble finding the larger "wicker chair" size. Anyone know of a place that would carry them, even online?
Busy weekend coming up. The girls are in a play here in Newburyport called the Phantom Tollbooth that's playing at the Firehouse. Should be fun but exhausting - 8 shows!! Also, Mom & Dad arrive for a one-week visit on Friday - they live in Florida for most of the year so we don't get to see them often. I'm looking forward to it because, I don't care how old you are, no one is like your Mommy, especially when you're going through a challenging time. You get soooo much empathy from mom. I love that!
Anyway, that's all the news for now. I have to go pop some Tums because I had Thai food with a friend for lunch and then polished off a 3-scoop sundae this afternoon with the girls (we called it dinner). Now I'm feeling a little...uncomfortable. Ah, it was worth it!
